I have picked up a couple tips, and muscle enhancing supplement cocktails over the years.  They work with some unintended consequences, that are so good, they are now intentional. I have passed these secrets on to not only crew members but some buds at the gym during some locker room or sauna conversations. These are supplements and or practices I take daily.

2: Ashwagandha: An herb that helps in stress reduction, also increase testosterone, sperm count and volume it also helps with endurance in the gym.

3: HMB: (one of my favorites) It helps greatly in muscle growth and recovery.  I have noticed that my cum is whiter and thicker on HMB but I have not heard that is a direct side affect, it could be, and could be when coupled with the others, but I like HMB.  It also helps your muscle absorb protein especially if your workouts are hitting a plateau or you are over 40 when sometimes protein absorption and muscle development can decrease.

4: L-Arginine:  Another of my favorites, this was suggested to me many years ago by Nick, who filmed with us way back when (his films are in VIP ONLY).  I have been using it ever since and love it.  It is said to be a natural viagra.  It is an amino acid that produces nitric oxide explodes blood vessels and what do we need good blood flow for?  Yes a good pump and muscle repair but for a fucking raging, throbbing boner.  L-Arginine in certain doses will do just that, trust me!  It is also proven that this amino acid will also increase sperm count, volume and mobility.

Note: When it comes to any supplement, make sure you deal with reputable brands. Again do your research. 

In addition to the supplements above.  Life style plays a huge roll.  Water, hydration, coconut water, will keep blood flowing also and increase the velocity of cum.  Of course diet, exercise, rest and limited stress all play a major role.  One last thing that I also practice and have encourage others to as well in addition to all this.

5: Semen Retention:  I came across these benefits by accident.  I am not into jerking off, I only cum during some sort of sexual activity, or if I am being watched and of course being stimulated by someone else. Hey chuck, I am am not sure what your doctor has you on, but no matter what you do, ask him first. I will say that I know pumpkin seed oil in pill form is said to reduce prostate size. Some prostate drugs will cause lower ejaculation. Will this help that, I can't say, I have never applied ifor that reason. Supplements are called that because they are suppose to supplement other things like workout, diet, etc. A good workout routine and healthy body is the foundation. All I can do, and I will do that in an email to you is write you how much I take. That is only to tell you what I take not a recommendation of what you should take; ask your doctor, do you own research. I will send you a private email with that information.

Carlo, I’m not familiar with taking supplements, so was hopeful if you could tell me how much of each supplement to take and how often. I take a prescription for my prostate which has a side effect of reducing seaman. I’m hoping that your regimen would help counteract that. Thank you. Chuck.
