By joining (Joining to mean creating a username and password) musclematt.com (hereafter “our site”) you certify that you have read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
musclematt.com is now a membership site, however membership is free and does not have any recurring monthly charges, therefore cancellation is not necessary. We do require that you have money in your Muscle Mafia bank in order to access certain content and purchase movies.
You do have the option of closing your account and having all your information (user name and password etc.) deleted, but you will loose any money left in your bank and any time left on movie rentals. You will also loose your unlimited lifetime viewing for any movies you purchased with that option.
Your account can be terminated at the desecration our site management and owners without prior notice should you violate any portion or portions of this terms of service agreement.
The movies you purchase and the account you create are for your use only and entitles you to view the content of our site on one single computer, or smart phone at a time.
Our site utilizes technologies that prevent files from being traded illegally, recorded, stolen or used by more than one person at a time. If the Service detects that your account is being used by multiple parties, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated without refund of any money left in your Muscle Mafia Bank, and without access to any time left on purchased or rented movies. For this reason, it is important that you select a username and password that are secure and unique to you. It is also important that you do not share your username and password with anyone. Password sharing and theft are strictly prohibited and is a violation of our terms of service, and acceptable use policy! Any violation or appearance of such violation will result in an immediate termination of your account without refund and will result in the refusal of any and all current or future use of our site.
musclematt.com (MC Productions) provides our service and content to you subject to the Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated at any time without notice to you. Any changes posted are effective immediately upon posting and may be applied retroactively at the discretion of our site management and owners. In addition, when using our site, you and musclematt.com shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to our site and services provided which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. You must agree to these Terms of Service in order to receive approval of a new account, this is done during the account sign-up process.
You agree to indemnify and hold musclematt.com (MC Productions) and its parent company, its management and its affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through our site, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of our site, use of the site, or access to the site.
