All documentation required by law is held at the offices for MC Productions (see 18 U.S.C 2257, Certificate of Compliance below). As the "Primary Producer" and full copyright holder of this work I forbid the unlaw copying and distribution of my work. Any person, persons or entity that copies my work for resale or distribution in any way with or without the exchange of legal currency places themselves in the postion of "Secondary Producer" under the new laws set forth in the revisions to 2257 and therefore are required to properly have in their possession all of the same documentation required by me, "The Primary Producer" as stated in 2257. Anyone who violates my copy rights will not be compliant with these new laws and are subject to Federal Investigation and all punishments set forth in 2257 starting with a mandatory minimum of 5 years in prison for EACH offense. Violators of my copy rights are also subject to personal and civil suits as well as criminal and all other Federal and local charges that may apply.
I pride myself on conducting honest, discrete transactions. I have developed a repeat buyer base that always looks out for my best interest and alerts me to possible unauthorized use or copying of my photos, images and Movies (See The Army). Fortunately my friends on the Internet, Message Boards, Groups, Auctions etc. always alert me of any attempts to copy and resell my items.
